Register interest in the Fund

The £10m Investment and Contract Readiness Fund will launch at the end of April to support social ventures to build their capacity to be able to receive investment and bid for public service contracts.

We are interested in hearing from social ventures that would like investment and contract readiness providers to support them expand and prepare for investments or get public sector contracts and specialist support providers with a track record of supporting organisations to investment and contract readiness. 

We are now accepting applications for approval from interested providers.

Social ventures will need to work with one of the Fund’s approved investment and contract readiness providers to apply. If you’re looking for a provider who can support and guide you to develop realistic proposals to become investment/contract ready, you can browse through our list of approved providers from 21 May 2012.

Why is it important to be investment ready?

2012 is a watershed year for the social investment market with Big Society Capital channelling over £600 million from Project Merlin banks and dormant bank accounts. This means new and innovative investment and funding models will be on offer to organisations serving our communities. Are you ready?
